OUR STORY

At Backbone Barbell, we believe that strength in character is forged by iron. A strong person isn’t just physically strong, but a person who can assist others. That’s exactly what we’re here to do — support the Orlando community with highly personal and intense weightlifting, powerlifting, sports, and self-defense training. We also offer online tutorials, dieting, programming, and run a monthly charity program to help those in need. Whether it’s preparing for a competition or health and pain improvement, we’re here to help you meet

your goals and crush them.

Kettlebell Bootcamp Schedule

(Monday - Saturday)

Each class will consist of a specific warmup based off the neuromuscular demands of that particular training day designed to reduce ANY pain in the body and increase an optimum range of motion.

Afterwards will be 15-25minutes of muscle building followed up with 15-25 minutes of metabolic work and a cool down with stretching.
